560: Yes, that is the most obvious theory that people have assumed since the breakup. Although the usual ad-hoc theory is that getting pregnant with someone else was against the terms of their contract, rather than "TC couldn't live with pretending that was his child".

One could say that the famous phone transcript is pretty believable, the whole 10 year contract however makes everything shady. And by what we know now, NO WAY 'coo-coo!' Cruise has nothing to hide. The Katie train wreck proves this, I think.

But I think the 10 year contract applies to every marriage legal document in L.A or am I wrong? That after you've been married to someone for 10 years, you have to give away half of your earnings if you split.
